Cider, kouign Amann, nice restaurants in Morbihan

Holidays in Brittany are an opportunity to discover new flavours in order to get a real insight into what true Brittany is: delicious, surprising and always facing the sea!

Sweet flavours

A stay in Morbihan without tasting a Kouign Aman is unimaginable. In Plouharnel, near the railway, you will find one of the best at the bakery "chez Simon". In Auray, at the port of St Goustan, you can taste the Kouignettes (mini kouign amann) made by the Larnicol company, which is a MOF, i. e. a real guarantee of quality and excellence. In Auray, you will find the Kerlann biscuit factory which supplies us with cakes and other pure butter cakes in the welcome kits.

Beverages

As for breweries, there are about 60 breweries in Brittany. Some are quite famous like the "Tri Martolod" in Concarneau. In our region, do not hesitate to visit the "Zéphyr" brewery at the entrance to Quiberon, which offers amber, blond and brown beers.

During a meal of cakes, the perfect drink is the traditional cider. Even if in the supermarkets, you will find interesting local ciders (that of Colpo for example), our organic farm partner offers its organic cider in Carnac at 4 euros per bottle.

Salty flavours

Directly at the campsite, our restaurant opens its doors to you and offers a modern and delicious cuisine. The offer in terms of restaurants is overwhelming in Carnac so it is difficult for us to recommend one brand rather than another without knowing your current desires. The restaurant L'Hippocampe welcomes you in a beautiful setting and offers you a delicious cuisine. Le ptit Bedon offers you a complete menu in a very neat modern setting. To enjoy a pancake, we recommend the crêperie du Ménec (nice setting, at the foot of the alignments), the crêperie St Georges (modern decoration) or the crêperie Chez Marie (relaxed atmosphere).
